As per the requirements, adjusted the buffer settings for NH5010 hwSKUs.

Modified the corresponding buffer_defaults_t2.j2, qos.json.j2 and pg_profile_lookup.ini files.

#### How to verify it
Verified the latest settings on sonic-mgmt QOS/PFCWD tests on NH5010 HWSKU.
